Responsibilities
Lead end to end design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance Accounting Hub FAH solutions
Translate accounting policies and business requirements into FAH configurations including event models journal line definitions mapping sets and account derivation rules
Ensure seamless integration between FAH Oracle General Ledger and upstream source systems
Design solutions supporting multi ledger multi currency and multi GAAP accounting requirements
Ensure strong auditability internal controls and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Support period close activities reconciliations and accounting validation
Lead client workshops solution walkthroughs and design reviews
Provide mentoring and functional leadership to junior consultants
Influence key stakeholder decisions using deep accounting and Oracle Fusion expertise
Lead or support SIT UAT cutover and go live activities
Resolve complex FAH configuration and accounting issues during implementation and postproduction stabilization
Ensure high quality functional documentation and configuration artifacts
Advise clients on Record to Report R2R best practices and target accounting architectures
Identify optimization opportunities across FAH GL and upstream integrations
Support presales or solution shaping activities by providing FAH domain expertise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance accounting or a related field
8 - 12 years of Oracle Financials experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance Accounting Hub FAH
Proven experience leading FAH implementations in consulting or enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of accounting principles internal controls and compliance requirements
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred
Oracle Fusion Financials FAH certification
Experience across Oracle Fusion Finance modules GL AP AR FA CM PPM
Background in system integrators or Big 4 consulting environments
Exposure to OTBI or BI Publisher reporting
