Administrative Specialist (28943)
Dahl Consulting is a well-established global organization in the consumer packaged goods and food manufacturing industry, seeking an Administrative Specialist to join their Administrative Services team. This role supports a fast-paced corporate environment and plays a critical part in ensuring leaders and teams can operate efficiently through high-quality administrative partnership.
Responsibilities
Partnering with administrative team members to support overall success and operational continuity
Providing temporary and backup administrative coverage, including:
Calendar management and meeting scheduling
Meeting and event coordination, including logistics, agendas, and document preparation
Global travel coordination, including visa/passport requests, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Delivering general administrative support at office locations, such as:
Data entry, research, and document preparation
Scanning, printing, and refining materials
Supporting workspace changes and office logistics
Assembling and shipping materials or gift items
Serving as a meeting escort or on-site tour guide when needed
Providing on-site support for virtual administrative services
Applying technical expertise to improve administrative processes and tools
Owning and contributing to longer-term projects and special initiatives
Interacting professionally with employees at all levels, as well as external partners and community representatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or office support experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service orientation with a positive, professional demeanor
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to integrate technology into business processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
Strong judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
Proven ability to work independently while partnering effectively with teams and leaders
Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Willingness to learn, adapt, and support change initiatives
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
