Responsibilities

Understand, elicit, and define business requirements

Coordinate UAT, writing acceptance criteria, and grooming user stories

Writes and refines user stories then translate needs into technical designs

Creating wireframes, UI designs, UML (Unified Modeling Language) and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) for creating different flows/diagrams

Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems used in sales and service processes

Required

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on healthcare environments is required

Experience with Salesforce implementations is required

Strong understanding of how to groom a story and how to write acceptance criteria in BDD (Behavior Driven Development)

Experience and or understanding of SQL statements to query databases required

Preferred

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PBA (Professional Business Analyst) certification would be a plus but is not required

Salesforce Health Cloud experience is preferred

Salesforce certifications related to Sales Cloud or Health Cloud are highly desirable
