Responsibilities
Design and build microservices and user interfaces that support Asset Allocation products
Apply solid software engineering practices across implementation, validation, testing, deployment, and maintenance to deliver tools used by portfolio analysts and portfolio managers
Help the team adopt effective engineering practices to ensure we are building the right solutions and building them well
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
6+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong backend (Spring Boot, Java, REST, Kafka, caching) or frontend (Angular, RxJS, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, micro‑frontends) skills, with willingness to grow full‑stack
Solid engineering practices, including unit testing, automation, ATDD, CI/CD, and code/design reviews
Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native development
Comfortable working in Agile teams delivering incremental value
Effective collaborator with strong communication skills
Enjoys mentoring and supporting junior engineers
Ability to translate high‑level requirements into scalable technical solutions
Comfortable navigating complex business and technical domains; investment knowledge is a plus
Committed to high‑quality engineering and continuous learning
Challenges the status quo and brings fresh perspectives to support continuous improvement
