Responsibilities

Plans, develops, and implements goals and objectives of assigned program or department in conjunction with appropriate leadership, with accountability for operational scheduling workflows, system build, and technical process improvement
Maintains strong relationships with appropriate stakeholders and a high level of visibility and accessibility for specific areas of support, including close collaboration with IHT, Epic, Medical Imaging, and telephony partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time
Communicates program priorities, policies, and procedures as they relate to strategic growth and various teams within the organization, ensuring technical changes and workflow updates are clearly understood and adopted by frontline staff
Establishes and maintains communication between ancillary departments and key stakeholders regarding program initiatives, including coordination of system changes, workflow standardization, and issue resolution
Plans and conducts meetings to ensure compliance with established practices and to review workflow performance, system issues, and opportunities for optimization, keeping educational teams and leadership informed of current standards and changes
Works in conjunction with compliance, legal, and various regulatory teams within the organization to assist with guideline adherence, contracts, and program development, while translating clinical or regulatory requirements into practical, scalable workflows for non-clinical teams
Responsible for the development, implementation, direction, and coordination of policies and programs consistent with company philosophy and objectives, with an emphasis on reducing unnecessary variation, maintaining guardrails, and simplifying processes where possible
Completes, maintains, and audits records, reports, and documents program and/or department activities, including documentation of system build changes, workflow decisions, testing outcomes, and issue resolution
Supports and optimizes outpatient imaging scheduling workflows and work queues
Troubleshoots Epic and Genesys-related issues impacting operations
Partners with IHT to test, validate, and implement system changes
Identifies and reduces irrational workflow variation across sites
Serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex access issues

Required

Bachelors degree + 2 years OR
