Provide outstanding customer support in both Spanish and English via phone, chat, and email channels
Assist customers with account inquiries, service plans, device troubleshooting, and activation processes
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or promote new services
Enter data accurately into company systems while maintaining confidentiality and data security
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently
Support client services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualification
Required
Fluent in both Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette, analysis skills, and problem-solving abilities

Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and call center operations is desirable
