Supports a customer experience initiative focused on using data to deliver a consistent, high-quality eCommerce experience for every customer, every time
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working on large, complex datasets
Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics, such as regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or causal inference
Excellent exploratory data analysis (EDA) skills with the ability to uncover drivers of business performance
Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
A problem-solving mindset with curiosity, creativity, and a focus on measurable business impact
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
