Marketing and Office Coordinator
Inbar Group, Inc. is a leading business brokerage firm with over 30 years of experience. They are seeking a motivated Marketing and Office Coordinator who will manage client appointments, create engaging email newsletters, and support the brokers in their daily activities.

Responsibilities
Create and send email newsletters
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for each listed business to be presented to qualified buyers
Update and manage the CRM system
Manage the Brokers' calendars
Manage social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn
Confirm Broker's appointments by phone
Handle initial response to vet buyers by phone
Reply to client email when necessary
Send documents to prospective clients and buyers
Enter new listings and advertise on multiple websites
Send monthly follow up emails to clients to summarize activities
Assist with letter and postcard mailings
Make outbound phone calls to prospective clients
Track expenses
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Ability to work independently, but a part of a bigger team
Ability to work in-person out of our office in Greenwich (flexible schedule)
Qualification
Required
Solid history working in a business office
Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): 2 years (Required)
Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
Ability to work in our Greenwich, CT office (this is not a remote role)
Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively
