Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company specific procedures
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts
Qualification
Required
Time Management Skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a requirement
Computer savvy: above average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems is important
Proficient in English/Spanish – Bilingual – preferred not necessary
Ability to commute/relocate: Plantation, FL 33313: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
