This role offers students a hands-on experience in graphic design and print production, collaborating with various teams to create marketing materials and manage print projects.

Responsibilities
Design marketing and internal communication materials including brochures, flyers, signage, templates, and digital assets
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal teams to translate concepts into visual designs
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and corporate identity standards
Prepare print-ready files and manage production specifications (bleeds, color profiles, resolution, and file formats)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on print projects, timelines, and quality standards
Maintain and organize creative asset libraries and templates for reuse
Own the end-to-end design and production of a branded print campaign—from concept and layout to vendor coordination and final delivery—then document lessons learned and recommend process improvements for future campaigns
Qualification
Required
Students pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields
Rising seniors, or May 2026 or December 2026 graduates preferred
Eligible to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available)
Available to work full-time for the full 10-week program
Ability to work at one of the listed locations in a hybrid environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organization skills

Experience with wide format printing (e.g., large-format signage, banners, posters, or related production workflows)
