Responsibilities
Main point of contact for client/administrator operational queries
Trade handling across equity and fixed income PB, including trade capture, broker mapping and connectivity issue resolution with clients
Management of client trade & cash activity, settlements, and reporting
Completion of all daily processes and controls
Driving initiatives to reduce manual processes
Helping to maintain a culture where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks are escalated on a timely basis
Qualification
Required
Excellent Client Service skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to listen and communicate effectively with others both verbally and written
Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics (equivalent or higher)
Interest or experience in financial services or brokerage back-office operations
Someone who enjoys collaborating, problem solving, and understands basic accounting principles is desirable
Preferred
Problem solving with an emphasis on financial markets and operations
Prime brokerage operations experience
Previous knowledge of dividends and/or corporate actions
A desire to continually learn
