Responsibilities
Defend Workers’ Compensation claims
Represent third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and employers against employee claims
Handle all aspects of discovery and trial work
Defend against large exposure cases including fibromyalgia, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, psych and stress claims, asbestos claims, and orthopedic, psych, and internal injury claims
Qualification
Required
At least one (1) to fifteen (15) years of experience defending Workers' Compensation claims
Experience appearing before various Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) venues throughout California
Admission to the California Bar
Preferred
Experience with the Workers' Compensation Disability Rating Scale
