The IT Support & ITSM Intern will support day-to-day IT operations, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise service management practices and working closely with IT support engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 IT support for end users, and learn how an Technology organization works and learn how to use ServiceNow
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Supporting laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and collaboration tools
Escalate issues appropriately and follow through to resolution
Assist with device provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and asset tracking
Document common issues, resolutions, and how-to guides in the knowledge base
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
