Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
Lead or support vulnerability management effortsโ€”identify, prioritize, and remediate risks
Maintain and monitor server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement hardening standards and best practices
Automate tasks and improve operational workflows using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell)
Participate in incident response and system troubleshooting

Qualification

Required

4+ years in systems administration or IT operations
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and best practices
Familiarity with vulnerability management tools (Tenable, Qualys, Defender for Endpoint)
Solid understanding and track record of implementing best practices in Microsoft environments
A security-first mindset and a drive to continuously improve

Preferred

PowerShell scripting skills
Experience with Azure or AWS
Certifications like CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, etc
