Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support dashboards and reports across enterprise analytics platforms, with a primary focus on MEDITECH Business & Clinical Analytics (BCA)
Develop and maintain ETL processes integrating data from clinical, operational, financial, and ancillary systems
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data standards and governance practices
Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and administrative stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytics solutions
Support analytics related to quality, access, throughput, financial performance, and regulatory reporting
Participate in post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Adhere to data security, privacy, and HIPAA requirements

Required

Strong technical analytics skills
Broad understanding of healthcare data and how information flows across an integrated health system
Design, develop, and support dashboards and reports across enterprise analytics platforms, with a primary focus on MEDITECH Business & Clinical Analytics (BCA)
Develop and maintain ETL processes integrating data from clinical, operational, financial, and ancillary systems
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data standards and governance practices
Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and administrative stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytics solutions
Support analytics related to quality, access, throughput, financial performance, and regulatory reporting
Participate in post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Adhere to data security, privacy, and HIPAA requirements

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI database development
Experience with ETL development and data integration
Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
Healthcare analytics experience across clinical, operational, quality, or financial domains
Experience working with enterprise EHR/EMR data (e.g., MEDITECH, Epic, Cerner, or similar)
Experience with modern analytics platforms, data warehouses, or healthcare reporting tools
Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows and dependencies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts to diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
