Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and credit card processing
Prepare daily financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP standards
Prepare and file monthly sales, occupational, and communications tax returns
Maintain payroll documentation, schedules, and timekeeping within the E-Time system; monitor wage and hour compliance and investigate variances
Perform daily accounts payable and purchasing activity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
Full cycle accounting experience
QuickBooks experience required
Preferred
Legal experience is a PLUS
