Lead the planning, tracking, and delivery of multi-phase projects, ensuring they meet strict financial deadlines and budget constraints
Act as a true self-starter by identifying potential bottlenecks before they become "red" status items and proposing actionable solutions
Establish a "single source of truth" for project status. You must distill complex technical updates into clear, concise executive summaries for senior leadership
Act as a neutral mediator between departments (e.g., Sales vs. Compliance or Tech vs. Operations) to resolve priority silos and resource "tug-of-wars."
Maintain a rigorous risk log, specifically focusing on the intersection of technical delivery and financial regulatory requirements

Responsible for driving projects—ranging from Digital, Experience, transformations and regulatory implementations—across the finish line while maintaining total transparency and team harmony
Lead the planning, tracking, and delivery of multi-phase projects, ensuring they meet strict financial deadlines and budget constraints
Act as a true self-starter by identifying potential bottlenecks before they become 'red' status items and proposing actionable solutions

Distill complex technical updates into clear, concise executive summaries for senior leadership

Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and interpersonal friction with emotional intelligence and a focus on 'the best outcome for the firm.'
A track record of taking the initiative in ambiguous environments where 'the playbook' might not yet exist
Excellence in both written and verbal communication, ensuring stakeholders at all levels are informed but never overwhelmed
8+ years of Project Management experience, specifically within banking, insurance, or fintech
Expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks
PMP or CSM certification is a plus
Mastery of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet
