Customer Support Representative

They are seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage high-volume inbound calls, provide solutions to client inquiries, and ensure a seamless client experience by collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls from prospective and existing clients
Quickly, clearly, and professionally communicate with clients on a regular basis to understand their questions, providing accurate and timely information and solutions in response
Work cross-functionally between teams to support a seamless client experience from start to finish
Work in tandem with our Sales and Operations Team to ensure all item updates are appropriately communicated and all follow-through is taken
Prioritize your time according to the impact of the issue on the client's account and effectively provide solutions to issues or concerns in a timely manner
Identify new and better ways of solving problems that improve our product, our processes, and our Seller experience
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service or customer experience role
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service mindset focusing on client success while operating in a fast-paced, fluid operating environment
Sensitive to issues of urgency and be able to take ownership in escalating customer concerns as needed
Proven front-office experience handling high incoming call and email volume
Availability for one of the following shifts: 9:30 am - 6 pm ET OR 12 pm - 9 pm ET
A customer service guru, passionate, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to work in a startup, fast-paced, and team environment under tight timelines
A strong and kind communicator with professional direct verbal & written skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and company stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple moving parts
Self-motivated and results-oriented, strategic thinker with an ability to learn, contribute, and willing to take full ownership over Seller Support
Preferred
Familiarity with MS Office/Google Apps Suites and CRM platforms (i.e, Salesforce, Hubspot)
