Responsibilities
Support the transition of FP&A accruals to Accounting, including ownership, booking, and process streamlining
Prepare reconciliations between sub-ledger and general ledger systems
Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries (monthly and/or quarterly)
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
Support the accounting team with process improvements
Maintain and enhance internal controls
Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of experience in corporate accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred
CPA preferred
Public accounting experience strongly preferred (not required)
Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
