Responsibilities

Initiate and facilitate third-party due diligence related processes and draft summary and investigation reports as required
Manage select ongoing monitoring assignments to confirm alignment with requirements and document findings from monitoring activities
Provide support with data collection, data analysis, and report preparation for third-party and other targeted audits
Participate in process improvement initiatives to support fundamental ethics and compliance initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional areas and communicate the company’s program to business stakeholders across the organization
Investigate third party risk management related issues
Produce actionable reporting for executive level audiences
Develop relationships throughout the company to foster a collaborative approach to proactive compliance

Required

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of professional experience or equivalent, including experience in handling anti-bribery due diligence, and/or accounting, finance, external or internal audits, or another related field of study - OR - a combination of equivalent education and experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills and skills in presenting findings and recommendations
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
A trustworthy individual with strong ethical principles
