Responsibilities
Support engineers and technicians involved in design, development, and evaluation of surgical devices
Provide logistics support and prepare devices for engineering studies and testing
Operate mechanical development and lab testing equipment
Perform and record basic measurements and observations during testing activities
Record, enter, and maintain test data in spreadsheets and written reports
Conduct monthly lab safety inspections and chemical inventory reviews
Perform quarterly equipment safety inspections
Participate in engineering testing to evaluate reliability and functionality of surgical devices on animal tissue
Assist other labs as needed, including documentation support, scrubbing surgical devices, and preparing animal tissue for testing
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Mechanical development equipment operation
Basic measurement and observation techniques
Data recording and spreadsheet management
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Lab safety and chemical handling awareness
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
