Responsibilities
Design, build, and refine new functionality within our platform
Lead development on our upcoming Verifications product
Help ship meaningful product improvements daily
Own features end-to-end, from API to UI
Improve code quality, performance, and developer experience across the entire stack
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in modern full-stack development
Strong with TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, and GraphQL. (Experience with similar technologies for the backend is alright too)
Comfortable working with Prisma and PostgreSQL
Ability to iterate quickly while maintaining clean, maintainable code
Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment
A builder's mindset: proactive, opinionated, and able to go outside the box to find solutions
Preferred
Background in healthcare, staffing, or B2B SaaS
Experience with AI agent development, integrating with other platforms
UI/UX sensitivity and ability to ship polished front-end experiences
