Responsibilities

Validate connectivity of the installed cameras and that they are accessible by remote HTN staff
Confirm audio readiness (mic placement/cables/ambient noise considerations) where applicable
Establish comms with remote support (phone/WhatsApp/Discord) and share key setup info (photos, network details)
During the game, act as “eyes and hands” on-site: monitor stability of camera framing, power, internet, and audio
Execute quick on-site actions requested by support (reposition, reboot/reconnect, swap cables/adapters) and coordinate with the host as needed
Log issues and actions taken with timestamps; escalate risks early (weather, access, connectivity, safety)
Post-game: confirm clean end of stream, pack/secure equipment, restore venue area, collect host feedback, and submit a short report
