Responsibilities
Develop and communicate customer technical requirements
Design and develop innovative automation solutions for manufacturing environments
Implement PLC- and SCADA-based control systems
Participate in all phases of the system development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, support)
Troubleshoot automation, controls, and system issues
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams
Interface directly with clients to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Qualification
Required
PLC programming (Allen Bradley experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and reporting systems
4+ years of experience developing and implementing control automation systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong client-facing and customer communication skills
BS or MS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
Preferred
Experience in Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, or Specialty Chemical industries
Experience with regulated manufacturing environments
Experience with real-time industrial control systems and SCADA platforms
