Responsibilities
Lead functional design and hands-on configuration in Oracle Fusion Procurement and related SCM modules
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into clear, actionable system specifications
Support cross-functional design efforts with Finance, HCM, and technical integration teams
Execute system testing activities, including SIT and UAT, defect tracking, and resolution
Assist with data validation, cutover preparation, and post-go-live hypercare
Provide functional support for integrations leveraging OIC, REST APIs, and other enterprise tools as needed
Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved end-user experience within the Procurement workstream
Contribute to project governance documentation, milestone reviews, and design approvals
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, with deep expertise in Procurement Cloud
Demonstrated experience configuring Procurement modules, workflows, approval rules, and related functional components
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business processes into system design
Experience supporting SIT/UAT testing, configuration remediation, and production support
Understanding of integrations (OIC, REST, data migration) preferred
Proven success working in large-scale ERP implementations or upgrade programs
U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Oracle Cloud certifications (SCM or Procurement)
