Staffing Coordinator - Operations
RHA Health Services is dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use needs. They are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to work with recruiters and local operations leadership to enhance the candidate experience, coordinate employee training, and manage staffing needs.

Responsibilities
Coordinates Candidate Interview, Onboarding Process and Coordinates Staff Solutions with the Director and/or Administrator. Works with RHA recruiters and local operations leadership to source candidates and work towards an ideal candidate experience through the hiring experience
Assists with Employee Relations- Assists in employee relations activities acting as a reference for personnel policies. Works with Administrator/Director and Corporate HR on employee matters
Coordinates Employee Training and Development- Coordinates and participates in new employee orientation including assisting in training. Schedules and confirms training for staff
Coordinates Employee Staffing and Hiring
Performs Credentialing- Completes all credentialing for each licensed staff hired per company policy
Qualification
Required
One year of HR, Training or Credentialing experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
