Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted “right-hand” to senior management, managing complex calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing leadership for strategy sessions
Oversee and manage executive inboxes, drafting correspondence, flagging urgent matters, and ensuring timely follow-ups
Develop a deep understanding of leadership priorities, goals, and preferences to operate as an effective extension of the senior management team
Coordinate and plan business and personal travel, conference participation, and leadership attendance at firm events
Support client-facing marketing events and business development activities as needed
Handle essential behind-the-scenes tasks—occasional errands, important phone calls, and logistical details—to keep operations running smoothly
Collaborate closely with senior management on projects and initiatives that advance the firm’s strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
3+ years in operations, executive support, or a similar role
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required
Preferred
3+ years of experience in a legal or law office setting preferred
Post-graduate degree is a plus but not mandatory
Familiar with the legal industry or experienced in a law firm environment (preferred but not required)
