IT Service Desk Intern

Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to Safety National employees
Manage user accounts and permissions
Ensure employees have secure access to the tools and systems they need to be successful
Focus on imaging and deploying Windows 11 laptops to employees
Provide in-person end user support at the tech bar
Contribute to larger Service Desk initiatives and department-wide projects based on business needs
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program
60 or more credit hours complete with an expected graduation date no later than May of 2027
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Fundamental knowledge of operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, and familiarity with operating systems and networking
Capable of clearly articulating complex topics to a wide variety of audiences
Ability to work on-site at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO 63146, full-time schedule (37.5 hours) in summer of 2026
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
