The Associate Solution Engineer supports the pre-sales efforts by demonstrating how ComplianceQuest’s software addresses quality and compliance challenges, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of ComplianceQuest solutions, industry use cases, and customer value propositions
Learn how to configure the ComplianceQuest solutions using Salesforce and other built-in configuration tools within the CQ platform
Support pre‑sales discovery calls alongside Account Executives to understand customer needs and requirements
Assist with and progressively lead software demonstrations that showcase functional and technical capabilities
Help design tech‑driven solutions aligned to customer business and quality requirements
Document customer expectations clearly and accurately, including requirements, workflows, and configurations
Summarize technical solutions into simple presentations or demo narratives for customer audiences
Participate in training and certification programs for products, quality standards, and industry best practices
Generate reports, documentation, and follow‑up materials as needed
Partner with peers and leadership to support scaling the Solutions organization
Travel occasionally to support customer meetings, demos, or marketing events
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Manufacturing Quality, or similar industry roles
Strong interest in technology, software, and problem‑solving
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Comfort working with software applications, configurations, and workflows
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in customer scenarios
Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Willingness to grow into a customer‑facing, presentation‑oriented role
Preferred
Exposure to software systems, digital tools, or enterprise platforms strongly preferred
Experience with QMS, EQMS, MES, ERP, or regulated software platforms
Basic understanding of solution design, workflows, or system configuration
Prior experience supporting customers, internal stakeholders, or audits
Interest in career growth toward Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Product roles
