Responsibilities
Organize project activities into manageable work efforts; define and implement effective approaches per project plan
Develop and present key documents, including Project Charters, communication plans, and detailed project plans
Manage project scope, motivate team members, and maintain stakeholder alignment
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive timely resolutions
Monitor project performance, prepare high-quality deliverables, and report progress within set timelines
Facilitate creation of toolkits to support field-based implementations
Coach team members on task assignments, milestones, and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' project management experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects, define scope, and deliver on schedule
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Background in healthcare systems, supply chain, workforce management, financial services, or technical/systems projects is a plus
Experience with HCA Healthcare, HealthTrust, or Parallon preferred
PMP preferred (not required)
LEAN and/or Six Sigma certification(s) a plus
