Manage daily customer communications, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and friendly
Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries, confirming understanding of their needs
Utilize a consultative approach to present LES services, highlighting how our solutions meet customer needs and enhance their operations
Collaborate with a dynamic team of CSR professionals to achieve overall call center objectives and exceed customer expectations

Qualification

Verbal communicationWritten communicationMicrosoft OfficeAnalytical skillsBilingual (Spanish)

Required

Exceptional verbal, written, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage various systems for reporting and case management

Preferred

Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus
