Sales Development Representative (Commercial)
Block Renovation is rebuilding the $500B+ renovation industry, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help launch their outbound commercial sales motion. This role focuses on high-volume cold outreach to multi-location brands, aiming to book qualified meetings for the commercial sales team.

Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to franchise brands, restaurant groups, and multi-location businesses
Run cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Learn and deliver a clear, repeatable pitch for Block's commercial offering
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the commercial sales team
Maintain accurate activity, notes, and follow-ups in CRM Track daily activity and performance metrics
Work closely with Sales and Leadership to continuously improve scripts, targeting, and messaging
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of sales or outbound experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center, or similar)
Comfort making a high volume of cold calls every day
Coachable mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Clear, confident communication skills
Motivated by goals, metrics, and growth opportunities
Preferred
Experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools
Bonus: exposure to franchises, restaurants, construction, or services-based businesses
