Talent Acquisition Specialist - temporary
HumanGood is the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California. They are seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring needs and to shape workforce strategy by partnering with hiring teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess team needs, develop workforce plans, and guide them through effective and equitable hiring practices
Source, screen, and connect with prospective candidates; build proactive pipelines and talent communities that align with current and future business needs
Develop partnerships with colleges, training programs, and community organizations to attract the next generation of caregivers and service professionals
Serve as a trusted guide throughout the hiring process, helping candidates understand the personal and professional rewards of joining our mission-driven organization
Partner with HR and operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and strong start for every new hire
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree and at least 1 year of experience, or a High School diploma and 2+ years of relevant HR or recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in healthcare, hospitality, or not-for-profit environments
A consultative, service-oriented mindset — you care about helping people succeed and building trusted relationships
Strong communication and organizational skills; comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
