Technology Regulatory and Policy Senior Analyst
Shulman Fleming & Partners is seeking a Technology Regulatory and Policy Senior Analyst to support regulatory compliance and IT controls. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to manage regulatory submissions and policy documentation, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Partner with internal teams (e.g., IT, Risk, Compliance, Audit) to collect, analyze, and synthesize data for regulatory exams or ad-hoc requests
Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure timely and accurate responses to regulatory bodies
Manage end-to-end processes for regulatory submissions, ensuring alignment with technology and compliance standards
Maintain detailed documentation and logs of regulatory engagements and deliverables
Assess and understand the bank's IT control frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations
Prepare and deliver professional, clear, and concise presentations tailored to executive and regulatory audiences
Summarize complex technical information into actionable insights, emphasizing clarity and direct communication
Prepare for documentation updates and refresh cycles by collaborating with stakeholders, while also working closely with Second Line and Head Office to provide oversight and challenge for key documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid 3 days

Support the department in responding to regulatory exams, ad-hoc requests and inquiries ensuring compliance with IT controls, and provide high quality deliverables in collaboration with various stakeholders
Solid foundation in IT risk management
Exceptional collaboration abilities
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
Experience in a regulatory affairs or IT governance role at consulting firm (Preferably Big 4)
Experience in control, governance or 2nd line of defense environments
Engaged in management of the Technology policy documentation
Collaborate with technology process owners to update policy documents, ensuring that all controls are accurately captured and reflected
Manage the annual policy refresh
