Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM solutions
Configure, Enhance and support BRIM modules:
Subscription Order Management (SOM)
Convergent Charging (CC)
Convergent Invoicing (CI)
Contract Accounting (FI-CA)
Project Delivery
Participate in design workshops and prepare functional specifications
Support full lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment
Collaborate with technical teams for WRICEF objects and middleware integration
Operational Support
Handle incidents, service requests, and root-cause analysis
Provide training and knowledge transfer to existing teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
This position may require travel to project work location - Irvine, CA

SAP BRIM certification
Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes
Hands-on configuration experience in SOM, CC, CI-FICA
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Atleast 7 years in SAP BRIM and at least 1 full end-to-end BRIM implementation
Ability to work in Agile environments (JIRA/Azure DevOps experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge on Middleware and API integration for external systems
