This position is an essential part of the Company’s Accounts Payable (A/P) team, responsible for processing invoices and credits, managing check runs, and communicating with vendors.

Responsibilities
Process invoices and credits from our Non inventory vendors. Including workflow approvals and allocations
Manage the check-runs process and credit card purchases for vendors. Communicate with vendors as needed
Filing of invoices and credits
Manage vendor set up process. Communicate with vendors as needed to ensure appropriate forms are completed accurately
Qualification
Required
Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
Two years minimum of work experience within an accounts payable environment to include computer and accounting basics
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well with others and independently
Ability to 10-key accurately and efficiently
Preferred
2-year accounting degree preferred
