Customer Service Representative I
Russell Tobin's client, a global professional services firm, is hiring dedicated Call Center Representatives to support a pensions administration group. The role involves handling inbound calls from participants seeking assistance with elections, upcoming plan changes, and general pension support.
Responsibilities
Assist callers with making elections and answering questions regarding pensions
Provide accurate information about upcoming changes and support related inquiries
Document call details and maintain accurate records in the system
Navigate multiple systems and resources efficiently
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and comfort navigating multiple screens
Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions
Reliable internet connection (50 Mbps minimum) with hardline Ethernet connection
Ability to work scheduled shifts between 7:45 am - 6:00 pm CST, with set breaks and lunches
Availability for occasional overtime
No planned time off during training/nesting (March 2 - 31, 2026)
Preferred
Prior call center experience
Office environment experience
Knowledge of pensions or retirement plans
