Responsibilities

Create dashboards in Smartsheet to track project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple initiatives
Automate workflows in Smartsheet for notifications, update requests, escalations, and approval routing
Assist in preparing executive-level reports and presentations
Update project management guides, training materials, and templates by incorporating current industry standards, user feedback, and visual guides
Capture and document best practices from ongoing project activities

Qualification

Required

Must be a current student or recent graduate of a college or university with a major in a related field (Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Preferred

Smartsheet experience preferred
