Responsibilities

Manage workers’ compensation claims from initial injury report through resolution
Process first reports of injury by coordinating with Associates, management, and medical providers
Communicate regularly with third-party administrators, medical providers, attorneys, case managers, and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve claim issues
Determine claim eligibility by reviewing information, investigations, or available footage when needed
Calculate weekly wage replacement benefits and prepare wage statements for injured Associates
Maintain accurate and organized claims documentation, including scanning and archiving records

Required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong basic math skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
