Responsibilities

Comply with all safety standards and maintain all required PPE
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production and facilities equipment to minimize downtime
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and electromechanical issues, implementing effective and timely solutions
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including power distribution, control panels, lighting, PLCs, motor controls, drives, and automation equipment
Read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, P&IDs, and technical manuals
Support installation of new equipment, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Respond to unplanned maintenance events and coordinate repairs to restore operations quickly and safely
Comply with all safety standards, PPE requirements, and regulatory guidelines (NEC, NFPA 70E)
Participate in LOTO/JHA activities, job walks, shift pass-downs, and CMMS documentation

Required

5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; Journeyman level or higher
Experience with 480 VAC and lower voltages, electrical cabinets, motor controls, VFDs, drives, PLCs, and ladder logic
Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Experience with pneumatic/hydraulic systems, automation, and highly automated manufacturing environments
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in production environments
Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E safety standards with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
Experience using a CMMS and standard computer applications for documentation and reporting
Clear communicator able to work effectively with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams
Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing (over 80% of the shift) and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Ability to complete required respiratory fit testing and medical evaluation and work a full shift while wearing required PPE, including full-face respirators, SCBA or supplied-air systems, Tyvek suits, and PAPRs, as required for the role
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights, including climbing ladders and stairs
Ability to operate and perform maintenance on equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other specialized machinery
Comply with all safety standards and maintain all required PPE
