Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Trilon Group is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the Human Resource Department. The role involves preparing correspondence, coordinating employee events, and assisting with HR updates and data entry.

Responsibilities
Prepare confidential correspondence for department
Coordinate, set-up and monitor budgets for corporate employee events
Coordinate and execute employee events
Assist in the preparation of new employee packages
Coordinate HR updates with regional offices (compliance posters, new hire package, employee events, etc.)
Assist with confidential data entry for tracking purposes (training certificates, etc.)
Assist with internal intranet employee HR postings
Coordinate and schedule meetings
Back-up front desk support
Miscellaneous internet research
Assist with departmental QAQC processes
Assist and monitor department HR inbox and Faxes
Filing for department
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Good writing and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of internet research
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Position requires minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime
Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history required
1+ years human resource experience with an emphasis in Human Resources
