Responsibilities
Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Write strong captions, hooks, and brand-aligned copy
Turn complex AI/skin-tech concepts into simple, engaging stories
Develop content pillars: education, product, founder-building, clinic insights, trends
Build and manage a weekly content calendar
Research trends, formats, sounds, and creator styles in beauty-tech
Suggest growth experiments (series formats, posting cadence, collaborations)
Engage with comments/DMs in a friendly, professional tone
Build relationships with creators, clinics, and beauty professionals
Help shape brand voice: smart, elegant, trustworthy, modern
Track performance (views, saves, shares, CTR, follower growth)
Report insights and propose improvements based on data
Support product demos, announcements, partnerships, and recruiting posts
Create 'launch-ready' assets: teasers, carousels, mini explainers, BTS
Qualification
Required
Strong creative instincts + clean aesthetic
Ability to make content that feels premium and credible (not cheesy)
Comfort being scrappy: iterate fast, test ideas, improve weekly
A portfolio (even small) of content you've made
Preferred
Beauty/skincare interest or experience
Basic design skills (Canva/Figma/Adobe)
Basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere)
Experience writing for both consumer + B2B audiences
