Qualification
Required
Extensive VP / C-suite Experience or Equivalent: You should have a track record of at least 5 years of highly successful and accomplished VP or C-suite roles, which may include CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO, or equivalent positions
Effective Communication and Influencing Abilities: You should be adept at communication and influencing, with the ability to foster collaboration and achieve productive outcomes
Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices is essential
Preferred
While not mandatory, a Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, coupled with experience in team building and new business development, would be advantageous
