Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
7+ years of QA or testing experience, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead role
3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Medicaid programs or Medicaid systems
Strong understanding of Medicaid business processes and system workflows
Experience testing on modular Medicaid systems
Proficiency with test management tools and defect tracking systems
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments
Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA, X12, HL7, FHIR)
Experience supporting state Medicaid agencies or Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
ISTQB, CSTE, or similar QA certification
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
