Responsibilities
Train and onboard new E-Fulfillment Specialists
Conduct quality control reviews and audits of specialist work
Create, update, and maintain training materials and deliverables
Partners with specialists and team leads to reinforce expectations and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of Metabase
Strong working knowledge of Confluence
Strong working knowledge of Skye navigation
Strong working knowledge of PDF Exchange
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
Strong working knowledge of scheduling and calendaring tools
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Preferred
Prior training experience
Quality assurance (QA) experience
Experience creating training or instructional materials
Background in E-Fulfillment strongly preferred
