Senior HR Business Partner – Commercial/GTM (Contractor)
TPx is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner who will act as a strategic advisor to leaders within the Commercial organization. The role focuses on driving talent strategy and organizational effectiveness to support revenue growth and operational execution.

Responsibilities
Acts as a trusted advisor to Commercial leadership (Sales, Product, Commercial Operations) to shape people strategy aligned with business goals
Partners directly with executive and senior leaders to translate GTM and revenue priorities into scalable people strategies
Provides forward-looking counsel on organizational design, people risk, and tradeoffs tied to commercial decisions
Owns senior-level coaching and guidance on performance management and talent decisions
Influences leadership behavior and decision-making through strong business acumen, data, and judgment
Leads people-focused components of change initiatives, including GTM structure shifts and operating model changes
Anticipates downstream people impacts and advises leaders on pacing, sequencing, and risk mitigation during change
Serves as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk employee relations matters within the Commercial organization
Partners with Legal and Total Rewards as needed on investigations, disciplinary actions, and complex leave situations
Balances legal risk, culture, and business impact when advising leaders in ambiguous situations
Partners with Total Rewards to advise leaders on compensation decisions
Leads workforce planning aligned to revenue goals, MSP delivery realities, capacity needs, and retention risk
Advises leaders on compensation and talent tradeoffs in quota-based and recurring-revenue environments
Champions an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned to company values
Interprets engagement and people data to surface insights, risks, and actions for senior leaders
Drives leader accountability for engagement outcomes
Owns and drives high-impact people initiatives in partnership with HR Operations and cross-functional stakeholders
Operates with autonomy, delivering results quickly in a contractor capacity with minimal onboarding
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP support for a commercial or revenue generating function
Demonstrated experience coaching senior leaders and influencing executive stakeholders
Proven track record of navigating complex employee relations matters
Strong business acumen with understanding of sales/GTM environments
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master's degree or relevant certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP/SCP)
Experience in a matrixed, private equity owned, or high growth organization
Experience supporting HR or Marketing teams preferred
Familiarity with sales compensation, quota design, or GTM strategy
