Responsibilities
Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for enterprise systems, including user guides, process flows, and system manuals
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different audiences
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather information and validate documentation
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards across all documentation
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines
Continuously improve documentation processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or equivalent, demonstrated through one or more of the following: Professional work or consulting experience, Formal training or certifications, Military experience, Education in a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences
Experience working in hybrid environments with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with enterprise IT systems and technical documentation tools
Familiarity with content management systems, version control, or collaboration platforms
Ability to adapt writing style for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
