Student Assistant - Caps and The Fontaine Center
The University of Georgia is the state’s flagship university and is seeking a Student Assistant for CAPS and the Fontaine Center. This position provides front desk support, scheduling appointments, and assisting with clerical tasks, while offering valuable experience in customer service and clinical settings.

Responsibilities
Scheduling appointments
Answering phones and routing calls
Assist with clerical task such as copying, emailing, and faxing
Check in and process deliveries for the department
Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the workspace is organized and prepared
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with health center policies and procedures
Collaborates with clinicians, managers, and directors on assigned special projects to support programmatic and operational needs
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in UGA
Awareness of patient confidentiality and HIPAA & FERPA regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
Proficient organizational skills
Basic data entry and management skills
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
Occasional lifting of materials and supplies up to 20 pounds
Frequent walking, standing, and moving between departments
