Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Reltio MDM platform, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the broader business application ecosystem
Collaborate with Business application leads to develop sophisticated data models designed to cleanse, enrich, and deduplicate complex legacy data
Drive the strategic transition of data assets from legacy mainframe systems to the new Reltio SaaS platform
Spend significant onsite time with Business Application Leads to translate functional requirements into technical data solutions
Oversee the integration of MDM workflows with downstream reporting and AI-enabled systems to ensure data integrity across the program
Establish and enforce best practices for master data management, ensuring high-quality 'golden records' for all corporate entities
Qualification
Required
Extensive, hands-on experience architecting and managing the Reltio MDM platform is mandatory
Minimum of 7+ years in Master Data Management and Business Systems Integration, with a track record of leading large-scale implementations
Direct experience migrating complex data sets from legacy mainframe environments to modern cloud/SaaS platforms
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, API integrations, and AI-enabled data enrichment tools
Must be a local resident (or willing to relocate) to provide significant onsite presence in California
A proactive approach to identifying data silos and integration bottlenecks
