Service Desk Technician
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Service Desk Technician to support their client's internal end users. The role involves providing first line support, managing escalations, and assisting with Microsoft 0365 offerings for over 1600 employees and various applications.

Responsibilities
Responsible for escalations from technicians to resolution or elevating to Tier 3 support
Support and adoption of the Microsoft 0365 offerings
Service over 1600 employees, dozens of applications, and thousands of endpoints
Provide remote technical support via telephone in a service/call center environment
First and second level laptop/desktop/application installation/OS, configuration, administration, and trouble-shooting skills
Application software (including Office 365), and Intune support
Ability to multitask handle tickets, chats, and calls
First/Second line business application support and triage
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 years IT Service Center experience
Advanced knowledge of supporting cloud-based applications
3 - 5 years User Management, Azure Active Directory, identify password related issues and provide resolution
Experience in remote technical support via telephone in a service/call center environment
First and second level laptop/desktop/application installation/OS, configuration, administration, and trouble-shooting skills
Application software (including Office 365), and Intune
Ability to multitask handle tickets, chats, and calls
First/Second line business application support and triage
